Lidia Is A Highly Trained And Gifted Practitioner. Lidia Makes It Her Priority To Make Sure Each Patient Receives The Care They Need, And To Finish Each Treatment Feeling Relaxed And Rejeuvenated.

Lidia’s childhood memories are of her maternal grandmother working tirelessly in the large home garden. Her profound and vast knowledge in the medicinal benefits of herbs, spices, trees and flowers was unique. Long chats on how to use them were quite common, there was always a cup of homebrew peppermint tea or chamomile to sooth abdominal pains and assist in sleepless nights.

Lidia’s life so far has taken her through a multifaceted career path, but ingrained in her roots is the strong believe in natural therapies and the importance of treating the clients as a whole with the focus of empathy, prevention, health and wellbeing.
