- Our massage appointments are 30 minute, 60 minute or 90 minute duration.
- Each appointment begins with a short consultation and review of symptoms, and health history.
- During the massage, your massage therapist will use lotion or oil to massage the area/s of your body that were discussed during the consultation at the beginning of your appointment.
- Please let your massage therapist know if you are too warm or cold.
- After the massage, your massage therapist will leave the room so you can get dressed.
