Spinal Health Week 2016 runs from 23 to 29 May and this year the chiropractors at Simply Health & Wellness are encouraging you to ‘Back Your Inner Athlete’. 

With the Rio Olympics just around the corner, thousands of elite Olympic athletes are using health treatments like chiropractic care to help them to perform at their peak.
